Writing has always been a love of mine.  In school as a kid, I hated the grammar part of English class.  But when the time came for writing, any writing, I was really into the assignment.  My classmates thought I was nuts; I even got excited over doing research papers.

After getting out of school I did little writing until after I became disabled.  I’ve had numerous pieces printed in the Op-Ed section of the local newspaper and even been a “guest columnist” a few times in the Editorial section.

My proudest publication was in Easy Riders Biker magazine in 2006.  It was also the one that I got paid the most for.  I was the fiction author for the fall issue.  Writing in character, I used a fair amount of expletives, something that I try to avoid for the most part now.  There are times, such as that one, when some are necessary for the situation though.

In the very near future I will be the featured author in a motorcycle publication.  I don’t have a time line at this point but know it’ll be soon.  At the publisher’s request, I can’t reveal any more information than that yet.  When I get the go ahead I’ll post the complete article or at least a link, depending on what I have to work with.

The fist piece that I’m adding is a research paper I wrote on the Canonization of the New Testament.
